5. Liability

Skippio is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from incorrect use of the system or failure to comply with these terms.The ability to notify order actions and receive messages depends on the mobile network's operation. Skippio is not liable for network or service unavailability or message delivery issues.In case of Force Majeure, Skippio shall not be liable for any performance hindrances beyond its control.The Skippio website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, which are not controlled by Skippio.
